Alaska – First night in the tent

Just a quick update to let you all know that the tent went up no problem – let’s see how the take down in the morning goes. The drive to Whitecourt was uneventful and not the most interesting. I am currently preparing for the thunderstorm we are about to be getting, so here is hoping the tent stays up and keeps me dry, otherwise it will be a night in the car!

Good night. And well done . Love you.

  2. Next time when you know rain is possible, just hang a tarp from trees over the tent..

  3. Good luck on your big adventure! I think I can see blue skies ahead…

  4. Here’s hoping blue skies greet you in the morning.

Well done Simone, I hope the rain didn’t hit you to much. Glad you got there safely. X

    • Thanks Kat, the rain seems to have been my companion for the last few nights, but hey ho it won’t diminish the joy of it all!
